Nick Tunnell joined Scout in 2012 and serves as Vice President of Operations, responsible for asset operations of our South Division.
Nick earned his Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Marietta College in 2006 and has over 15 years of experience in the industry, working in both operations and business development. He began his career at Merit Energy before transferring to Legend Natural Gas. Nick’s experience includes responsibility for oil and gas properties across multiple states from Texas to North Dakota encompassing operations from the well to the plant. He has overseen a diverse portfolio of shallow and deep production from both conventional and unconventional reservoirs.
Nick is a member of Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).
